Whether you have a small garden or operate a large agriculture operation, Rocky Mountain BioAg® has the Dolomite Lime you need to supply essential nutrients to your soil. Dolomite Lime, also known as calcium magnesium carbonate, contains varying levels of magnesium and calcium and is made from the mineral dolomite.
Raising the pH level of your soil makes it more alkaline, which reduces the overall acidity. Although some plants prefer acidic soil, most plants grow best when the soil is neutral, between pH 6.0 and 7.4. Plants can suffer from deficiencies in magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, molybdenum, and potassium when the soil is too acidic.
Dolomite Lime contains more magnesium than traditional lime, making it suitable for neutralizing soil or making the soil more alkaline to grow plants such as onions, parsnips, garlic, and beans. In addition, apple trees can benefit from Dolomite Lime, which helps produce an abundance of ripe fruit.
Before adding Dolomite Lime or any other soil fertilizer or amendment, be sure to test the nutrients in your soil, so you supply your plants with what they need!

Do not sign for your freight shipment until you have confirmed an identical count of boxes, bags, rolls, bundles, pails, etc. and have checked very carefully for apparent and/or concealed damage. We will not accept any responsibility for missing and/or damaged items unless you note a count discrepancy and/or identify damage on the bill of lading at the time of delivery *Take pictures immediately of damaged freight*.
