Carol I believe we all need extra vitamins and minerals to have the best of health. I use the concentrate as it makes it easy to handle. It has very little if any taste-I add it to a glass of water every morning. And because these minerals are Fulvic/Humic it my understanding through research that these minerals will also provide detoxing effects also. I know it is not recommended for pets but I give it to both my cat and my dog. I divided the recommended dose for a 150 lb adult to find how many drops per 10 lbs. I also like ordering from this company, shipping is fast and they are quick to answer questions when I have them.

Jo C. I had been using a different fulvic acid supplement, but had not been able to get it for months. While waiting for it to once again become available, I began experiencing inexplicable pain and tenderness on the bottoms of my feet, especially upon rising in the morning. A friend suggested that the cause might be mineral deficiency, given my age, and recommended this fulvic and humic mineral blend. I ordered a quart to give it a good try and within 10 days, the pain and tenderness were gone. Kudos to my knowledgeable friend and to this product, which resolved my issue so quickly. Next time, I'll be ordering a gallon.
