Getting Started with Lawn Care

Maintaining a healthy and beautiful yard isn't nearly as difficult as some people think. However, there are a few tips and tricks that you should be aware of that can help keep your yard looking its best:

• Make sure the blades of your lawnmower are sharp
• Mow at least once per week during the height of the growing season and twice per week if you notice the grass is growing faster than expected
• Don't cut more than one-third of the height of the grass at one time
• Water your lawn before 10 a.m., so the sun doesn't evaporate too much of the moisture

Microbe Manna Dry Lawn and Landscape Benefits

Why Use Microbe Manna Liquid Lawn and Landscape?

Like its dry counterpart, the Microbe Manna Liquid Lawn and Landscape helps boost soil health and create a solid foundation for the health and success of your lawn's future. This blend is appropriate for all soil types and should be mixed with dechlorinated water for the best results. 

Microbe Manna Flora Lawn and Landscape Purpose

Once you've built a strong prebiotic foundation, it's time to focus on the probiotics or life of the soil. For this, Microbe Manna Flora is the life of your soil! Using the Microbe Manna lawn care plan products together will help you drastically improve the health and beauty of your lawn and surrounding areas. Year after year, the soil will become healthier at the beginning of each season, helping make each step easier and less and less inputs required until your lawn and soil is regenerated and self-sustaining!

Why do I Need Microbe Manna Hydrate Lawn and Landscape?

This product is a must-have solution if you live in an area where your lawn and soil struggles to receive and retain enough moisture. Although optional, this proprietary blend helps increase the soil's cation exchange capacity. With an increase in soil organic matter moisture retention and nutrient retention improves, as well as a reduced reliance on external water sources such as sprinklers or other irrigation systems because your grass can go longer in between waterings.

Start with Microbe Manna Dry Lawn and Landscape

In early spring, apply between 10 and 20 pounds of Microbe Manna Dry Lawn and Landscape across the entirety of your lawn. One 10-pound bag covers between 500 and 1,000 square feet and is best applied with a handheld, broadcast, or drop spreader.

You can apply each step of the lawn care plan on the same day. In addition, if you're using Microbe Manna Hydrate Lawn and Landscape, you can mix it with Microbe Manna Dry Lawn and Landscape and apply both simultaneously.

Apply Microbe Manna Liquid Lawn and Landscape

Once you've distributed the dry product, use a compression sprayer or hose end applicator to apply Microbe Manna Liquid Lawn and Landscape. For best results, be sure to mix with dechlorinated water.

For every 1,000 square feet, mix between 4 and 8 ounces of product with enough dechlorinated water to thoroughly cover the area.

Spray on Microbe Manna Flora Lawn and Landscape

The third step in the lawn care plan is to distribute Microbe Manna Flora Lawn and Landscape Spray. This product can be applied using a compression sprayer or hose end sprayer and should be used with dechlorinated water.

There is no specific amount of water that we recommend mixing for dilution. The best practice is to mix with enough dechlorinated water to ensure even and thorough application coverage across your entire lawn.  It's also recommended to apply the Flora component separately from the Liquid Lawn and Landscape product.

Optional Addition of Microbe Manna Hydrate Lawn and Landscape

Although Microbe Manna Hydrate Lawn and Landscape is optional, we highly recommend it to anyone with inconsistent watering habits, low rain levels, or those with soils that lack soil organic matter.

Where to Apply the Fertilizers?

Our lawn care plan is created for more than just grass. Each recommended application season is also a great time to treat your bushes, trees, flower beds, shrubs, and more.

For Microbe Manna Dry Lawn and Landscape, apply approximately 1 pound of product – or roughly 3 cups – for every 25 square feet three times per year:

• Early spring
• Mid-summer
• Late fall

For Microbe Manna Hydrate Lawn and Landscape, apply approximately half a pound – or 1 cup – of product for every 25 square feet three times per year:

• Early spring
• Mid-summer
• Late fall

The Importance of Protective Equipment while Fertilizing your Lawn

Using natural and organic products on your lawn and garden means not only are you protecting the environment, but you're also protecting yourself. Although our products are safe for people, pets, children, and the environment, we still recommend using protective equipment when spreading lawn fertilizer.

Here are the protective items we recommend wearing during application:

Although our complete Microbe Manna ABC Lawn and Landscape Care Program provides nearly everything for you, there are still a few items that you'll need to make the process as easy as possible.
