Dakota Peat | Reed Sedge Peat | RMBA

Dakota Peat: reed sedge peat. 2 cubic feet.

Sedge peat is composed of reeds, rushes, and sedge found at the edge of bodies of water. Over time, it breaks down into a rich, pH neutral muck. It is pressed to remove water, and dried. The result is concentrated organic matter and trace nutrients that serve as a great addition, weather building a super soil for growing high value crops, or adding to mineral soil for turf applications. Dakota Peat is one of the best respected turfgrass input and equipment suppliers in the country.
